Cleopatra "Cleo" Felisha Diller (Born November 14, 1993) is one of the 2 co-protagonists (alongside T-Bone) introduced from Clifford the Big Red Dog. And is the leader of them. She is a female poodle who belongs to Mrs. Diller. She has purple fur and a pink bow in the middle of her forehead. She is an energetic, selfish, spoiled, sassy troublemaker who sometimes doesn't tell the truth, but remains loyal to her friends. Her catchphrase is: "Have I ever steered you wrong?", which she inadvertently does immediately; after Cleo says it, her friends usually say "well...yeah" or "Lots of times" and are pessimistic; even when her friends are pessimistic, she always has confidence and stay optimistic. In make-believe games with Clifford and T-Bone, she portrays "the evil Fluffy-Face." She is one of Clifford and T-Bone's best friends. She is originally voiced by Cree Summer in the US and re-dubbed by Regine Candler in the UK re-dub.
Personality
Cleo cannot stop talking for even a minute! She is very talkative, whether it be morning, noon or night. However, when her words turn into insults, she can sometimes upset her friends without realizing it – so she must remember to be mindful. Cleo is very curious, optimistic and social, constantly seeking to be the center of attention.
Her impulsive and sassy nature can get her into trouble and oftentimes, she is not aware of the consequences of her actions. Cleo can sometimes prove to be kind of pushy and sensitive. In the episode "Follow the Leader", Cleo wouldn't give up being the leader to Clifford or T-Bone. She sometimes can be hard to handle, but her dog friends don't mind. All in all, Cleo means well and does care about her dog friends.
In the episode "Friends, Morning, Noon and Night", it is shown Cleo has a lot of stuff including pictures of Mrs. Diller and some pictures of herself as a puppy. Cleo has a tag in Clifford's Really Big Movie. She is one of the pets to have not appeared in Clifford's Puppy Days.
In Amazing Animals, She runs in her barbershop.
